Courses
In partnership with Hereford Council Adult Community Learning and the Education & Skills Funding Agency we provide a range of short courses.
Short Courses
Our short courses are developed and co-produced with the people who come to the farm project. We aim to provide subjects of personal and local relevance that stimulate the curiosity and creativity of those that participate. It is important to us that the courses enhance wellbeing and promote independent living skills, by building confidence through learning and trying new things.
Our courses run weekly over 6 weeks and occasionally we also do 1 day courses. Subjects include:
- Woodwork
- Farm Animal Care
- Photography
- Sustainable Living
- Meditation
- Outdoor Cookery
- Archaeology
- Trains and Travel
- Local History
- Gardening and Growing
- Local Environment
- Viking Life
- Archery
- Meditation
- Pottery and Creative Arts
- Orchard Care
- Cider and Perry Making
Our courses are listed on the Adult Community Learning link.
